Monosodium glutamate E-621
You should not eat foods with the addition of E-326 (monosodium glutamate). Take the packaging of the product in the store and read it. If monosodium glutamate is specified, do not buy it at all. Sweeteners

Xylitol — E967 is a food additive, which is a sweet polyatomic alcohol. Xylitol is found in small amounts in various fruits and plants. Xylitol, after processing, is white, odorless crystals. Xylitol is obtained from cotton husks and corn cobs. According to some reports, it can cause bladder cancer.
Sorbitol — E420. In large doses (more than 30 grams at a time) it causes stomach upset.
Trans fats.
Trans fats are a specific type of artificially produced unsaturated fats. Liquid vegetable oils are converted into solid vegetable fats, such as margarine and cooking fats, as a result of the hydrogenation process.
Hydrogenated fats have a distorted molecular structure, which is unusual for natural compounds. By embedding into the cells of our body, trans fats disrupt cellular metabolism. Hydrogenated fats interfere with the proper nutrition of cells and contribute to the accumulation of toxins, which is the cause of diseases.
72.5% oil should not be eaten in any case. This trans fat is a low-grade vegetable oil broken down by hydrogen.
There is no oil less than 82.5%. If you can’t find such an oil, then it’s better to eat vegetable oil. It’s better to eat two tablespoons of natural butter than a whole pack or a kilogram of trans fats.
Eating foods containing trans fats reduces the body’s ability to withstand stress and increases the risk of depression. Foods containing trans fats:

Lightly salted herring is stored only in oil. It is not stored in any vinegar or wine. If the herring is without oil, it means that urotropin has been added to it. Worldwide, urotropin is recognized as a very dangerous additive and is prohibited (it is formed by the interaction of ammonia with formaldehyde).
Lightly salted caviar
The principle is the same. Caviar is not stored for a long time. Only frozen or heavily salted. If lightly salted fish is sold, it means that either urotropin or citric acid has been added to it. Something else may be added, but the output is still formaldehyde.
Obviously genetically engineered products
Crab sticks. (Crab essence mixed with soy, contrary to the name, crab sticks do not contain crab meat at all, and since 1993, manufacturers have been legally required to label them “crab sticks flavored.”).
