Mantras as a means of changing the energy of the practitioner and the world around him. T.Abdykerimova

“Before we talk about changing the energy of yoga practice and everything that surrounds it, let’s define what a “mantra” is.A mantra is a syllable, word, or verse that has the ability to influence a person’s consciousness and help in spiritual improvement if they are repeated, listened to, or reflected upon. Mantras have an amazing feature of attracting not only spiritual development, but also material benefits into a person’s life. Through the practice of mantras, you can cure diseases, attract a loved one into your life, gain wealth, harmony, joy, luck, and happiness. Magically, mantras are able to fulfill our desires, help us in difficult moments, protect us and protect us from dangers!

All mantras are pronounced in Sanskrit, one of the oldest languages. That’s probably why someone calls a mantra a prayer, someone a conspiracy, someone a mystical combination of letters. But it is more correct to call the mantra an ancient sacred formula that carries a powerful charge of Energy! It is an Energy concentrated in a sound vibration, it is a carrier of special spiritual power and a code in which Higher Knowledge is encrypted. All the sounds of the mantra are endowed with cosmic power!//////////////

The mantra has a wider range of effects. Chanting mantras has a two-way meaning. By reciting a mantra, you establish a connection with the Divine, throughout the universe, and in return you get what you ask for.

A mantra is a powerful driving force, a word of power, and therefore contributes to the fulfillment of all desires.

There is no need to ask the question “either-or”. Practice both the mantra and prayer. If you go to a temple or a Mosque, you feel connected to the Highest – pray, feel the power of prayer. If you sing a mantra, you receive the power of the universe. The mantra helps everyone — there is self-healing, a change in consciousness, a cleansing of the Soul. You can listen to mantras. But it’s better to sing them yourself, because it’s your Soul, your body that knows what’s best for you, and knows how your voice sounds.

The word “mantra” is derived from two Sanskrit words. The first is “manas” or “mind” which means “thought”. The second syllable comes from the Sanskrit word “trai” meaning “to protect” or “to save”. Therefore, a mantra is also something that saves the mind from itself, leads to salvation through concentration of the mind.

Say a mantra once, and special vibrations begin to sound in the body. At first, they are invisible and you do not notice their effect on yourself, they are lost against the background of your thoughts, daily activities, stress, inability to concentrate. But after some time (it varies for each person), the vibration of the mantra increases, and other vibrations become less noticeable, and soon disappear altogether. Ultimately, a mantra can bring a person into a state where the body vibrates completely in unison with the Energy of the universe. At this stage, significant changes occur in the state of the body and the state of consciousness, the main result of which is that a person becomes more harmonious, calm, relaxed and achieves what he wants. It is believed that if you repeat the mantra 108 times daily, for 11 or 21 days, you will automatically connect to the Universal channels of abundance.

The main purpose of mantras is the spiritual transformation of a person. Since ancient times, there has been such a practice as chanting the OM mantra together, now in the West this tactic is called OM-healing.

The story goes back to the distant past. This amazing group practice originated long before the emergence of Ayurveda as a science, in those blessed times when our ancestors lived in harmony with the universe. It is known that in ancient times, saints resorted to the powerful power of the OM mantra in order to heal themselves or their loved ones.
And already in the XX century, the famous saint Mahavatar Babaji, who created the teaching of kriya yoga, passed on to ordinary mortals the sacred knowledge of the OM mantra. To do this, he enlisted the help of his disciple Swami Viswananda. Thanks to him, OM-healing has spread all over the world: nowadays, many people from different countries come together to participate in this sacred practice.

Unlike traditional yoga techniques, OM-healing is practiced in a group. The participants sit in a large circle and begin to chant the OM mantra, trying to tune in to the same wave with the divine cosmic energy. Through resonance, a powerful energetic sound channel is formed between the members of the group and its Higher Collective Consciousness. The sound of the mantra energizes, penetrates through all the chakras, and charges the human body with renewed positive energy.

The healing power of this technique can be directed not only at healing the souls of its practitioners, but also at the surrounding world, nature, or specific people. Thus, anyone can contact the OM-healing center with a request to direct the energy flow that arises during the practice to a particular person or event.
Scientists have long found out that certain sound rhythms have a positive effect on our health. Researchers have proven that with focused meditation, the relaxation level of all body systems is much higher than even with deep sleep. The vibrations experienced by the body when chanting a sacred mantra relax the body as much as possible, helping to concentrate on one’s own sensations.

Chanting mantras helps to balance the energy imbalance, thus getting rid of stress and tension. As a result of practice, fear, anger, envy — all those negative feelings that hinder us in life – recede. Chanting mantras, like no other technique, promotes spiritual growth. Thanks to this practice, the soul is filled with peace, and the heart opens to the light.

You can use a mantra to bring light into the auras of other people. You can transmit the mantric energy of love to all beings, to the entire universe, to all planets. You will send your love all the way to the stars, and love, like a wave, will return and pour out on you. According to the law of similarity, light is attracted by light, purity by purity. If your aura is light, then light entities will surround you. Similar things are attracted to similar things very gradually, so it takes you a while to notice changes in your life: people who are “out of tune” with you leave your social circle, life circumstances, interests, habits, etc. change. On an individual level, the technique can balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Emotions are released and inner peace, happiness and love arise. This leads to a more joyful life, supports our health, and helps us practice meditation.

If you have the opportunity, you should not practice alone with yourself. If you have like-minded people, such as your husband, children, parents, and friends, practice with them! After all, collective practice will greatly enhance Energy and further enhance the result!

And let’s take a closer look at the mantra from which the universe is believed to have emerged.Sound and vibration are the essence of creation. OM is the primordial sound that creates and permeates the entire universe. The OM mantra belongs to all mankind, all nations and all religions. Due to the resonance of the OM sound within a specially positioned group of people, the healing process can be enhanced by aligning the vibrations. Like waves created by a stone thrown into the water, the vibrations of the OM sound flow into the surrounding space. This vibration can have a beneficial effect on the participants of the practice, as well as on other people, certain places and life situations. OM- helps the environment, creates harmony and unity between man and nature.

The world needs people who are willing to contribute to change. It’s time to realize your inner potential and share it with the whole world.”
