LIVER CLEANSING

The liver is an organ in which toxins accumulate, which in turn are present everywhere, alcohol, medicines, products generated and containing nitrates, water, dirty hands, and even diseases present in your body.
After cleansing the liver, a person becomes noticeably kinder and more resilient. diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, heart and veins disappear, because the liver participates in blood formation and makes the blood thinner.

So:
1) Drink a liter of apple juice every day for six days.
2) On the sixth day, try not to eat protein foods during the day and generally less until 6 p.m.

  1. Drink clean water, adding the juice of half a lemon to one glass. Lemon juice stimulates the liver to release toxins, and water removes these toxins through the excretory system.
