Why does this happen? Yes, because the metabolic processes in the body are disrupted, and this reason is the main one nowadays: after all, joints, like any tissue, are formed from the same materials as all cells in our body, and these materials are built from nutrients. Today, we eat in such a way that joints quickly lose elasticity and begin to break down: the acidic environment created by refined high-calorie foods makes them weak and vulnerable.

What are the most dangerous foods for joints?

Smoked meat. Smoked meats should be removed from the diet without regret, as lightness and mobility are more expensive than smoked sausage.
Carbonated drinks. They contain large amounts of inorganic phosphates. Drinking these drinks can bring closer the time when osteoporosis and stiffness will become constant companions in life, and rheumatologists, neurologists and orthopedists will become best friends. Instead of soda, it is better to learn how to drink fresh juices, fruit drinks, compotes and jelly.
Condensed milk and concentrates in cans also contain a lot of phosphorus, which is used as a stabilizer.
Pickled foods. They contain many inorganic salts that irritate the joint sac, causing inflammation and joint deformity.
Tea, chocolate, coffee, fatty pork. They contain purines that cause changes in the joint sac. They are the main cause of gout.
Sorrel, radish, spinach. They contain a large amount of oxalic acid, which irritates the periarticular nerves and disrupts the nutrition of the joints.
With an excess of phosphorus, you need to eat more foods rich in magnesium – this element reduces its absorption; magnesium is found in dates, prunes, raisins, dried apricots, beans, soy, honey (buckwheat), oatmeal and buckwheat, nuts, bran, whole grain bread, bitter chocolate, cocoa.
