The composition of tea:

Rinse the needles in running water and chop them with scissors. Pour 2.5 cups of cold water into 4 cups of finely chopped needles, add 2 teaspoons of citric acid to taste. Leave in a dark place for 3 days. Strain the infused drink.
A vitamin drink made from pine needles can be prepared in another way. Chop 200 g of pine needles and grind thoroughly in the same amount of water, add citric acid to taste, boil for 30 minutes in an enameled saucepan under a lid, leave to infuse for 3 hours. Strain the cooled broth.
Drink 0.5-1 cup a day. To make the drink tastier, it is drunk with honey and jam.
