Fear of being misunderstood

There are people who eventually become "yours."

Why is this happening, because in fact, the whole world is you. However, we attract some people and push others away from us, even if we don't do anything about it.

Of course, everything can be explained by a karmic connection from past lives, but a karmic connection is like falling leaves in the wind, which sometimes gather in one pile, then in another, as the Tibetan Lamas says?

Well, first of all, you need to become natural, sincere, not hide your inclinations, even if not everyone can understand and accept them, and also do your best to develop yourself in the direction that you care about. Then, according to the law of reflection, those people with whom our life becomes interesting and intense will become attracted to us.

So if we are not afraid to dance in front of everyone, then those who will dance with us will also be attracted to us.

If we are not afraid to be funny, then there will be those who will laugh next to us, but rejoice at this opportunity.

But if, for example, when we engage in spiritual practice, we are afraid to say this, thinking that we will not be understood at work or in our family, then in any case we will have obstacles, since we create them ourselves with our fear.

If we are full of strength and confidence, then even the most skeptical and lazy people, looking at us, can also begin to improve themselves, and not limit their lives only to the satisfaction of primitive desires.

Recently, I was invited to visit a "salt cave" in a certain medical center. In the salt room, people were sitting on chairs and just bored. Without hesitation, I sat on the floor in Padmasana and began to do pranayama.

In the first few minutes, a wave of surprise swept through the room, then even some indignation, but realizing that I was unlikely to harm others if I breathed deeply and sat on the floor, I continued to do my job, not paying attention to anyone. After a few minutes, I noticed that people also began to try a little, timidly, almost inaudibly, but to imitate me! They tried to breathe deeply and rhythmically, although initially they just sat looking at the walls! They also wanted, after paying two and a half thousand for forty minutes, to inhale as much salty air as possible, which is so good for health, because with normal breathing, only ten percent of it is captured, instead of a hundred with full yoga ...))
