The word Esoterica implies – secret, hidden. What does Esotericism hide? and at the same time, it is actively being popularized nowadays. Elena Kshanti, speaking of Esotericism, implies knowledge that is inaccessible and hidden for people who do not follow the path of spiritual development. While the entire information space of our time is full of publications about Esotericism, most remain aloof from understanding reality and continue to look at the world through the prism of their individual life experience. After conducting many practices and retreats on Yoga and Buddhism, Elena Kshanti came to the conclusion that these practices are the best means to know oneself and the World.

Are the practices of Buddhism and Yoga exclusively suitable for everyone? the reader may have a logical question.

We are all different, and we all need different practices according to our individual inclinations. Someone can try to realize themselves by other methods, and someone can feel like a family, what Elena Kshanti is talking about. The mountain has one peak, and there are many roads leading to it.

Welcome to the esoteric world of Elena Kshanti!
