This topic is most relevant precisely in our time, when local conflicts, wars and natural disasters are increasingly gaining popularity and coming closest. This suggests that there are also certain defilements in our karma if we somehow come into contact with negative phenomena or are at risk of their occurrence.
First of all, you need to pay attention to the purification of the Muladhara chakra, which is located in the coccyx.

MULADHARA Chakra
If this chakra is polluted, then as a result, there is a lot of pain in our lives, suffering and accidents increase. People around us tend to suppress us or feel negative emotions towards us. We are shunned and feared. (if we are subjected to rudeness, violence and torture, experience pain and pain-related illnesses, get into natural disasters, accidents and other life-threatening situations, then it is likely that greetings from the worlds of Hell are being sent to us.)
Inside our body, we can observe diseases of the musculoskeletal system, muscles and tendons. Autoimmune diseases and allergies. Lack of physical strength and energy. Painful sensations. Hemorrhoids and varicose veins. Persistent depression.
So, all suffering is programmed within ourselves. Including those that we see outside in our environment, but happening to other people. Since we are all interconnected, sooner or later, if we don’t even experience them. As soon as we see them, they can come into our lives.
I will talk in detail about purification as such in the lecture.:
Now a little bit about the first stage:
So, BASTI
- Prepare everything you need for an enema. A mug of Esmarch and warm water. Water should be close to body temperature or slightly cooler (as recommended by some doctors), but it is worth considering that when the body is cooled, this should not be done, and you can also increase the temperature of the water if cramps begin in the intestines when it is administered. If desired, you can add a little salt or a decoction of chamomile, but not every time.
- A full mug of esmarch should be hung as high as possible. Lay a rug at the bottom.
- Lie down on the mat on your left side, having previously lubricated the anus with cream and insert the tip, allowing the water to penetrate a little at first, only until it feels about 200-250 grams and immediately go to the toilet to immediately remove it.
- When you are done with this, proceed to the second stage. Now, sitting on your left side again and slightly bending your legs, loosen your stomach and carefully and slowly enter all the remaining water (about 2 liters).
If you’ve just started cleansing, then don’t hold it for long, but while sitting on the toilet, you can rub your stomach and bring everything out.
If you have been practicing for a long time, you can do a series of asanas or Nauli with a full belly. - When you have safely removed everything from your body, then returning to the room and sitting in a comfortable position, do a little Ashwini mudra to raise the increased downward energy.
An enema (Basti) is not recommended to be done often, no more than once a week or even a month! In order not to disrupt the microflora.
But if your body is neglected , then it is recommended:
- do it daily for the first week.
- on the second – once every two days.
- on the third – once every three days
- then once a week.
When you do this practice, do not forget to add to your diet something containing Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, except yoghurts.
You can also use Litovit C, which contains a very good and balanced formula of not only these bacteria, but also bran.
That’s all for now.
Later, I will talk about the varieties of this cleansing practice.
Some nutrition recommendations:
The second human brain is the intestine (From the books of V.A. Shemshuk)
“The gut is our second brain, responsible for intuition. It’s not for nothing that the expression “I feel with my guts” or “I feel with my stomach” has been preserved in Russian. Therefore, we should care about what gets into it.
On the effect of boiled food on the intestines
As you know, how much food has passed through the taste receptors in the mouth, so much juice of the stomach and pancreas is released. With rapid chewing and swallowing, not all the food has time to touch the taste buds, so less pancreatic juice and liver bile are released and they are not enough to fully process the incoming food. It is not digested and the duodenal sphincter does not open, but more and more portions of food enter it from the stomach, and only under the influence of the resulting pressure does the duodenal sphincter open and undigested food enters the small intestine, where it must be digested. But due to the remaining acidity of the food, the intestines cannot digest and assimilate it, since all its enzymes are active only in an alkaline environment. Therefore, when eating boiled food, the body’s cells do not receive proper nutrition. Being in constant hunger, they inevitably begin to degrade and age, but the microbes living in the intestines and stomach have excellent conditions for prosperity and reproduction.
Due to nutritional leukocytosis, intestinal motility slows down dramatically. Usually, when eating boiled food, intestinal peristalsis occurs 4-6 times per minute, while food passes through the entire intestine in an average of 24 hours. When eating raw food, the rate of its passage in the intestine is 4-8 times faster, i.e. after 3-6 hours, the intestine is completely cleansed. And this is a very important condition for unfading youth and longevity.
Usually, the intestines of boiled meat eaters are stretched, especially it is stretched to an incredible size in front of the rectum.
Stagnant phenomena in the liver and pancreas eventually turn off their filtering functions, blood washing the intestines must flow through the portal vein to the liver, but due to its blockage, it cannot enter it and bypasses the liver through the lateral veins, entering the body not purified. The last cleansing barrier remains the kidneys, which, due to the unprecedented load that has arisen on them, quickly become clogged and now nothing cleanses the blood in the body. There is an increase in blood pressure, heart pain, headache, calluses, and all kinds of warts often occur – these are indicators of the lack of blood purification function, the usual consequences of a vareno diet. And when you have low blood pressure, this is evidence that the heart muscle has also become slagged and weakened.
Peristalsis is the contraction of the intestinal muscles that promote food.
If we eat boiled food, the number of microbial parasites in our body is more than 900,000 species, and the total mass by the age of 50 is almost half the weight of a person.
In the body, up to 10% of human growth can collect toxins, toxins, stagnant bile and parasites in the gastrointestinal tract. For example, you are 1 meter 80 cm tall. According to current ideas, the weight should be 80 kg, which is obtained from the formula 180 cm – 100 = 80 kg. In fact, you may still contain up to 10% of your height of toxins and toxins, i.e. 18 kg, and the real weight of your body without the weight of toxins and parasites is calculated using the formula: 180 cm -100 = 80 kg and minus 18 kg (10%) = 62 kg. This is the net weight of a person with an asthenic body structure, cleansed of toxins. For hypersthenics.
In asthenics, the angle between the ribs of the chest is less than 90°, in hypersthenics, on the contrary, it is more than 90°.
Boiled food stops intestinal motility (contraction of circular intestinal muscles that promote food movement). Diseases such as pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) and cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder), which are widespread today, are actually the result of an almost complete stoppage of intestinal motility. If raw food really moves under the influence of peristalsis, then boiled food moves under the pressure of constantly ingested food, which the stomach pushes into the duodenum. As a result, the ducts of the pancreas and liver that exit into the intestine are blocked due to the tightly clogged intestine, the bile remains in the gallbladder, and the alkaline juice of the pancreas remains in the gland itself, which leads to inflammation of these organs. The liver, along with filtering and disinfecting functions, also produces bile to digest fats (wherever they are) and heparin to restore the reparative function of body cells. Due to the fact that the liver cannot push bile into the intestine, which is clogged with boiled food, its work is blocked, and it eventually ceases to perform its functions altogether. It is no coincidence that a twisted gallbladder is found on autopsy in deceased people, this is the liver, trying to push bile into the intestine, twisting the gallbladder from tension. Bile does not enter the intestine and is not absorbed by the intestinal villi into the blood, so the vessels cleared by bile are clogged from the inside with sclerotic plaques (fatty deposits, which causes vascular sclerosis), and this leads to a decrease in vascular patency, loss of elasticity and increased blood pressure (hypertension). If a lot of fat deposits have accumulated in the vessels, the walls of the vessels stop receiving normal nutrition and their cells die, which makes the vessels permeable to blood (ischemia). Stopping the liver also leads to the failure of heparin to enter the bloodstream and the body’s cells begin to mutate (age), since there is no one else to restore them. Therefore, all the most common diseases of internal organs, as well as the aging of the body itself, occur from eating boiled (dead) food.
An indicator of normal intestinal motility is the number of bowel movements per day, stools should occur exactly as many times a day as you have eaten, but if more often, it is even better. Two hours after eating raw food (a maximum of four), the intestines should be empty. If the duration between bowel movements is the same as when eating cooked food, then you have too many microbial parasites in your intestines that need to be blocked with antiparasitic drugs.
More than 90% of all diseases begin in the colon. Toxins plus lack of nutrition at the cellular level are the causes of most diseases.
G. Shelton in the book “Orthography” says that the medical advice on nutrition is criminal and recommends eating separately, since proteins are digested in an acidic environment, starchy substances in an alkaline one. In addition, he recommends eliminating appetite-stimulating spices and foods that cause unpleasant effects from the diet. For example, meat, like coffee, causes irritability.
Raw egg white avidin blocks the action of vitamin biotin, and all reactions of the biotin cycle stop, which leads to metabolic disorders in humans. Moreover, eggs distort the body’s needs, it begins to feel the need for them, although they cause senile aging in the body in addition to metabolic disorders.
It is also better not to consume animal milk and dairy products, since over the years people lose the enzyme that breaks down casein, milk protein, although some people retain its production until old age, and they can consume milk without harm to themselves.
The immune system fights germs. If a person eats boiled (dead) food, the immune system switches to fighting boiled food, and microbes that freely enter the human body get the opportunity to eat the person himself, since no one destroys them.
As the European biologist A. Carlyle showed at the beginning of the twentieth century, cells of the human body, if kept in a cultivator under constant favorable conditions, divide all the time and after many years show no signs of degeneration, which confirms the conclusion of the German biologist A. Weisman that unicellular organisms, in the presence of normal nutrition and respiration, are immortal. In conditions of a complete organism, where there is no clean intercellular space, healthy nutrition, and putrefaction products constantly enter the bloodstream from the intestine, the cells of human organs age rapidly and eventually die. Because in variable conditions, not a single cell will survive. The situation changes if a person eats raw (live) food, then a minimum amount of toxins enters the body through the intestines, the processes of putrefaction in the intestines stop, and putrefaction products that block the functioning of the liver, kidneys, lungs and spleen stop entering the bloodstream. In this case, the intercellular space does not become clogged and the person regains his lost immortality. And the intestines themselves regain their tone from sluggishness.”

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CLEANSING THE MULADHARA CHAKRA IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
- It is very good if you clean up dry garbage and at the same time do not leave it behind. This cleanses your past bad karma and does not accumulate new ones. Garbage is a projection of impurities in the subtle world, and if it appears in your life, then by removing it and distributing it as much as possible, you are moving along the path of PURIFICATION. If you clean up the trash after others, then you will clear your future karma (Sanchita karma), which has not yet manifested itself directly in your life, but nevertheless already signals that you will encounter it in the future.
- Whenever possible, turn all quarrels and rude conversations with other people into a good channel. For example, when you are being scolded, try to give the scolding person the kindness of your heart in return. Thus, your negative karma that has surfaced will no longer manifest itself in the future and will be exhausted. If you reconcile other people who have quarreled, then you will also clean up your future karma (Sanchita karma) and accumulate Merit (goodness).
- Refrain from negative thoughts and emotions, causing pain and killing living beings. Monitor and analyze your mind daily, hourly, and minute by minute to prevent the defilements from increasing. And if there is still a negative that you cannot cope with, then apply the antidote: a) read the Golden Light Sutra; b) do special practices recommended for you by your Spiritual Mentor.
But the main thing is to remember:
“Every person is a diamond who can purify himself. To the extent that he is purified, eternal light shines through him. Therefore, a person’s job is not to try to shine, but to try to purify himself in order to let the light through.”
- Leo Tolstoy
CLEANSING THE BODY WITH BOILED WATER
As you know, I often ask you to drink plenty of clean water in class and say that it is most useful when you do pranayama and asanas. I’ve found some material that might also be useful to you.:
“Cleansing the body with boiled water is a fairly simple method of general cleansing of the body, during which mild pain may occur. In the absence of chronic diseases, these mild pains will not occur.
In this way, you can get rid of arthritis, osteoarthritis, atherosclerosis, chronic constipation, normalize your weight, improve the proper functioning of the skin, gently and gradually remove sand and stones from the kidneys, gallbladder and liver, remove excess fat from problem areas, and give bones more flexibility.
If mild pain is present, it shows that the body’s cleansing process is going well and in the right direction, helping to get rid of toxins and toxins.
You need to drink boiled hot water slowly in small sips, on an empty stomach, forty minutes before meals, one glass every morning. Its temperature should be the maximum allowable.
The duration of the procedure should be within six months. During this time, pain in the spine may disappear, if you have any.
If you take the proposed method of general cleansing of the body seriously, it will resemble the yogi procedure.:
you need to sit on a chair with straight legs and a straight back;
Close your eyes and listen to your body;
slowly, intermittently, drink hot water from a glass;
Then place your hands on your knees, palms down;
close your eyes and listen to your body again;
then lie down on the mat with your stomach down;
spread your arms, palms down, at shoulder level;
Look straight ahead, resting your chin on the mat;
Then slowly raise your head and look over your left shoulder at the heel of your right foot;
when lifting your head, fix your attention on the thyroid gland, then on the spine between the shoulder blades, then on the lower back;
Then slowly lower your head to the starting position.;
when lowering the head, fix and hold the attention on the parts of the body in reverse order;
repeat the lifting and lowering of the head with a view over the right shoulder of the heel of the left foot.
When lifting your head, you can raise yourself on your hands without taking your elbows off the mat.
This procedure helps to move the hot water you drink through the gastrointestinal tract and stretch your spine. After the exercise, your body will feel light and you will feel slim and rejuvenated.
