The thymus gland

Our body is designed so wisely that there is a “point of happiness” in it. We are looking for a “point of happiness”! We find and work with her. Fortunately, you don’t have to go far after her. This is the thymus gland, which is located in the center of the breast, and it is called the “point of happiness.”
This gland helps to neutralize negative energy, strengthen the immune system, and maintain health.
Tapping, stroking, and massaging this point are very effective. It helps to raise our energy vibrations to a higher level.
This gland supports the energy of our body. Therefore, when there is an imbalance in our energy system, it is the thymus gland that can help. It is a bridge between the brain and the body. During stress, the gland shrinks, which leads to a decrease in vital energy.

So how do you properly stimulate the thymus gland?

You can do this with your fist, like Tarzan from the movie, but you don’t hammer with all your might, just tap lightly.
You can tap or stroke with your fingers. Do this for about 20 seconds and breathe deeply at the same time.

You can add affirmations at the same time, for example: “Everything is fine in my world” or “I am young, healthy, beautiful”, or come up with your own affirmation, only necessarily positive.

How do I know that the thymus gland is activated?

You will find out when your thymus gland is activated – you will begin to experience “goosebumps” and feel feelings of joy and happiness.

It may take a while for you to feel something. Do this exercise every day, and you will definitely feel its effect.

If you have frequent bouts of anxiety, panic, or stress, do this several times a day and you will be able to regain your life balance.

Have you tried it? Share your impressions in the comments.
